Am I the only one ?
Ok, I have this pain of not controling nor understanding my electricity bill. How do others feel about this ? My 1st step was to survey my network about questions related to their electricity usage and costs.
Before proceeding with building Pozoo for myself, I needed some sense of confirmation on the pain to solve.
I decided to create a Tally survey, asking questions about:
- house meter types
- electricity supplier contract type
- renewable source of contracts
- EV chargers
- solar panels production
- understanding of electricity bill
- current supplier satisfaction
....

I got about 100 answers from my close network in Belgium. Here are some of the insights:
- nobody really knows how much they pay per kWh in average.
- there is a lot of frustration on the Solar Panel owners, with issues in Belgium about costs, and technical blockages
- most people are not actively exploring the market and don^t realize the opportunities for cost saving
- nobody knows about dynamic contracts
- EV owners love the idea to be able to autoimate and optimize the charging sessions, in function of costs.
I now feel that I am onto something perhaps not only me can benefit from. The race is on to build my MVP (minimum viable product) !
